The customer service at this WIC office has been disappointing. Staff have been rude and unhelpful during multiple interactions, and getting someone to answer the phone is nearly impossible. No one should feel uncomfortable asking questions about a program they’re eligible for. I hope management addresses these issues

They never answer the phone when you call!!! All Hamilton health staff needs to work on their customer service. They all seem to be angry, annoyed and Hate their job! You ask a question and it’s like pulling teeth to get an answer or they give you attitude because you ask an question..

They are never available on call. They work very productively, you have to admit, but when you call them, they are never available on call. That's sucks!

All I can say the older we get, some Doctor's prefer to have more test done from blood giving the panel levels whatever it is being order by the doctor. This aloud them to tell you what they know after reading the test. Now with these results you will be inform of what you need to do from that day forward. My weight has changed for the better 173 lbs my height is still the same 5'7 3/4". I am trying to improve my Health hoping to avoid aging difficulties...❣️
